Attorney Kevin J. Pitts has been practicing law in Central Florida since 2008. Mr. Pitts focuses his practice on DUI defense, traffic defense and misdemeanor cases. Attorney Kevin J. Pitts also handles most types of felony cases. As a former Daytona Beach DUI and misdemeanor prosecutor Mr. Pitts handled hundreds of DUI cases and thousands of traffic cases. Attorney Kevin J. Pitts was raised in rural Missouri. In College Mr. Pitts was a fullback for the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Iowa State Cyclones football teams. As a college athlete Mr. Pitts was a member of the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and lead study groups with teammates.

Pitts attended The Florida State University College of Law and then started working at the State Attorney’s office in Daytona Beach. After leaving the State Attorney’s office Mr. Pitts opened The Law Offices of Kevin J. Pitts and obtained a certificate as a breath test operator by at Seminole State College.
