Using a public records request to obtain DUI videos from Port Orange Florida it quickly became evident that some of the arrests appear to contradict the evidence obtained on video. Channel 6 in Orlando picked up on the story making Central Florida news. None of the videos posted are clients of Daytona Beach DUI attorney Kevin Pitts. Mr. Pitts has also offered to remove the videos by request. At this point only one individual has requested that the video be removed and his request was honored.
